Our dedicated team is the heart of the Ranch, working tirelessly to keep everything running smoothly. While you may see some of our staff assisting during sessions, much of their work happens behind the scenes. From caring for the horses and maintaining the facilities to managing volunteers and coordinating with families, their efforts extend far beyond session times. We deeply appreciate our team’s commitment and the countless hours they devote to supporting the children, families, and horses that make our Ranch a special place.​
