At Whispering Angels we have a number of opportunities for children to destress from their worries and to spending time healing. Our art room is one of those places. Numerous studies have shown the healing benefits of from making art. Sometimes it can be difficult to express themselves, especially when they have gone through trauma. Art is a positive outlet that allows the child to zone out from their day-to-day worries and also find a voice and find confidence.
